Dr. Rosalynn Mumpower, your dedicated Salem dentist, grew up in a small town in California. After obtaining her undergraduate degree in biochemistry from California State University of Bakersfield, she and her husband Brad moved to Oregon so she could attend Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry. She received her DMD degree and fell in love with the state of Oregon. Shortly after graduation, she moved to rural Oregon where her and Brad have decided to put down roots. And this year, they got to welcome their new baby boy into the world! Dr. Mumpower enjoys providing compassionate care to patients from all walks of life. Staying up to date with best practice and new technology is extremely important to her and she makes continuing education and training a priority. In their spare time, the Mumpowers enjoy camping, tennis, and bringing their small Pomeranian, Bella with them on adventures.

Passionate about delivering exceptional dental care to his community, Dr. Smith is your trusted Salem dentist He enjoys the field of dentistry and shares a positive outlook by providing peer support for other dentists and dental students. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in chemistry and biology from the University of Oregon, Dr. Smith earned his DDS degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha. There, he was active in Delta Sigma Delta, an organization of dentists in dental students brought together with a common goal of promoting excellence in the profession. Dr. Smith specializes in dental implants, RCTs, and conscious sedation.
